Users may want to create accounts on Nekius to fully access all website features . Creating all accounts and managing them must follow these guidelines and all Nekius Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

This section governs the following : asking questions, writing reviews, replying to reviews, submitting feedback and all media uploaded by users onto nekius.com.
All content uploaded or posted must not contain any of the following ; abusive language, nudity, adult content, hate speech and any content outlawed by the constitution. Therefore Nekius reserves the right to take action accordingly in case of violation of any of these terms.
Termination
Nekius reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website, suspend your account, delete your reviews, delete your questions or uploaded media without any advance notice if they happen to violate these terms of use.

Nekius may contains links to other websites and online resources such as reference sites, advertisements, affiliate sites or content sourcing sites that are not owned or controlled by Nekius.

This Agreement is governed in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Uganda as of 27/07/2024
